Within one business day. Every message is read by a person on the team. If your question is urgent, for example a security review with a deadline, say so in the message and we will prioritise it.
Choose Security review and we will send the current security packet: architecture notes, a data-flow overview and our subprocessors, plus where we are on SOC 2 Type II. After that we can fill in your questionnaire and join a call with your security team.
30 minutes. We spend the first part understanding your stack, then show the parts of Stirrup that map to it: live spreadsheets, scripts published as endpoints, contracts and Juno working in a real workspace.
